Aren't people supposed to have a document that proves a dog is indeed a service dog?

@DrSunnyTheSkeptic so mobility and seeing good eye dogs require no papers per ADA law. Physiatric service dogs need a drs note. I choose to carry a drs note so if I have to call the cops on a company I can show them. Businesses are allowed to ask
1:is that a service dog to migrate a disability
