Which one you prefer, working from home or working from the office?

I don't think I'm cut out to work from home.

Work should be done in the workplace. Home can never be a workplace unless you are running some small business or doing some freelancing or some farm work. Doctors, researchers, healthcare workers, and other essential jobs need a workplace. If your work just needs you to be on your butt all day in front of a computer, then also you need to coordinate with a team. The best and efficient coordination is done face to face when you can walk up to someone's desk and get the information out of them.

Working at the office.

I feel like working from home is 50% as efficient as working from the office. Three hours can go by until someone reads their email or instant messages.

At work, I would stroll to someone’s desk and say “get off eBay and get the shit I need done.”

To me there are pros and cons. I prefer work from home if all agencies/other offices will answer/attend our concerns and wont hinder or slow our functions and work progress. But it is not happening...😔

Working during air travel. I can't be bothered watching movies on those miniature screens.

I miss going to the office quite a bit. Some work from home is good, but this all or nothing is no bueno.

Nothing like working from the comfort of home. But depends on the work profile.

I miss my office. My ideal would be a 60 home - 40 office split
