Should I take this job with some major red flags? Need income

So over the past few weeks, my business has failed. and im in this position where im living pay check to pay check, I need an income. Ive been selling freelance services like crazy, no luck.. Obviously we are in a recession. I know. With that being said, Ive been looking for jobs.. Have had a lot of trouble getting interviews even though im highly qualified. After a couple of lucky breaks, I recently secured what i thought was a solid opportunity for a little less than I was hoping for, but was told lots of room to grow income wise etc etc. Well.. During the interview they asked me if I was planning to have any more children.. Which really they cant ask, but did... And the truth is we are trying.. but havent had success over a couple year period. Ive had several miscarriages .. If we did get pregnant.. I would be thrilled, but it sounds like I might find myself in a bad position with this employer. Im getting other vibes too like that its a ton of work for one person to do. He said they also have talks where if someone gets upset they can say whatever they want without fear of being fired... That they do have drama sometimes, but it always gets sorted out.. then followed by a story where they fired a guy because of culture problems. and im also getting this vibe that they are very demanding.. Like i didnt return a call for an hour, and they expressed concern about that...But I was on another call at that time... I desperately need income, should I take the job with red flags and all? I would hate to take it and run into a situation where I burn a bridge, or make a bad name for myself.. These people are very well connected in my home town.. Obviously im desperate for the income though, and think I could do a good job as anybody or better than anyone they could find. Im really good at what I do. Any advice would be so much appreciated.
I think you should very carefully look over all your options before making a quick decision. If the company has major red flags don't work there.

Have they offered you the job? If not, try someplace else. If they have, and you need the money, take the job, try it for as long as possible, hopefully another job more to your liking will appear. At this point, I don't think people can be too choosy.
Dont do it! Its like looking at choppy waters and taking a boat to sea either youll be miserable or capsize

Take the job and keep looking. Tons of red flags here. When you leave don't burn bridges, make it strictly business.
