Should stores allow the hoarders to return TP for a refund?
Most stores are saying no, no returns on TP & some other items.

callmemryeshua well yes and no on the yes side they could return the toilet paper then to be bought up by another hoarder and no it is punishment for them for hoarding and limiting availability to others through there selfish act so they are now stuck with a years supply of toilet rolls
