Anyone in sales having trouble? Friends saying things are fine
Guys I've been working my tail off to get new clientele for my NOW what seems to be crashing business.
I work in Medical Marketing. I know that non essential procedures are at a hault right now.. But i have been approaching like family care clinics, urgent care, ERs etc places that are doing okay.. to see about helping with their marketing for an extremely unheard of rate of $500 a month..I'm even applying for small part time gigs with my resume (getting slack for that I guess) We are one of the best, most reliable companies out there with lots of experience, we help other clinics, have many good referrals...Yet, I cant get ANYONE to respond to me or even schedule a quick phone call. I asked my friend who does almost exactly what I do (we are partial competitors) how business was and shes like "Mines great, im not seeing a slow down".. Like now that has me questioning if I just suck at what I do... I'm so depressed and worried my design, email skills, and sales skills suck.. Im about to take a corporate gig because I just cant make any gains right now..Anyone else in the same boat? Or is it just me? lol..Anyone else in the freelance business that is experiencing a down fall in design/marketing?...... I know ill make it through but what tough times right now. Would love to hear your experiences!
