Whens the last time a stranger payed you a compliment?

On Saturday. I went to the local grocery store and a lady I didn't know complimented me on my kilt.

I had a couple - at the grocery store - ask me how I made my face mask..
I thanked them, but told them I did not make it..
It is the neck shield for my fishing hat.. I took it off and use it as my mask when I'm in public - with this coronavirus.. Our Governor has asked everyone in public to wear one and use gloves (I have painters latex gloves I use)..

Do you mean in real life, or on the internet?
