Not sure if just being attracted to someone because of their teeth or smile is a fetish, but if you want to lick the teeth or other things I won't mention, then it is, by definition.
I had an ex boyfriend that loved teeth. He commented on them constantly and it was a source of pride for me that a teeth conisouer noticed my teeth and approved.
