Serious question

im learning how to keep my emotions from taking over. Like if I start out sad during the day I remain sad. Any suggestions or books?

Go to bed at a decent AND CONSISTENT time each day and let your body wake you up. I've become a huge hypocrite about that since the pandemic, but it's very important to emotional stability.
