@Zaxel I understand that meditating is different for everyone. However, the last time I did that in my therapists office I had a panic attack. So I have anxiety around meditation
@Ohbabe ive never heard of that before. perhaps it signifies that your mind is always working and that the process of calming it down is almost alarming for your mind/body. i'd explore further if possible
@Zaxel my therapist talked me through it. Pretty much that there was a lot going on. Attempting to calm down and direct my attention inward was a bit too much,
