When I exercise on the treadmill, I aim for the calories not the time, of course the time is important,

Like I try to aim less time for more calories, I don’t run, I walk, so I put the incline up between 3/4, I aim for 100 calories

treadmill isn’t enough for calorie burning, i suggest full body workouts on a mat if you have one (or rug)
