Anyone else think spiders are cute?

@SwampFlower I love jumping spiders!! Going jump jump jump!!! with their cool eyes never missing anything. I had one jump on me once and then sit on my hand.

@Allelse They are super friendly and will just chill with you, yeah.

@SwampFlower We have these big buggers in Australia called Huntsman spiders, they're very friendly too. I put them outside so the cat wont get them, but you get the empty coffee jar and more often than not they're all "Oh here we go, into the bloody jar again". Atleast the older ones are happy to be put outside, the younger ones go AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!! And try and escape but they're not hard to catch.

@Allelse I know of them but have never seen one. Giant friendly spiders sound like a good time, though.

@SwampFlower Hahaha!! Yeah she was a big old girl who came in through the window during a thunderstorm, we put her out after the storm ended. Some variant of the huntsman spider over here have stripes.

@SwampFlower We have two very lethal species of spider here, the Red Back and the Funnel Web, but they'd really rather have nothing to do with you. And we have a tip top antivenom.
