I don't know if this answers your question but I never set specific goals or make definitive plans...I just get a rough idea of an accomplishment or destination and let the journey fill in the blanks. Life has a tendency to change things and throw curve balls and fighting that can be frustrating and stressful, so why not include that in the agenda in the first place...make sense?
