you should check the law, in the US you generally have to be 30 days overdue on your rent before they can serve an eviction notice.
lots of landlords ignore this, but their notices aren't actually valid then, just a way of scaring people.

@firefall yeah I won't even bother lol my plane is just to save up money when and how I can, then when the world is open again go find a new place to live close to my work, I'd hate to lose my jerb
