What is the FIRST thing you would do if you won the lottery?

@SweetMae That need might be dictated by the award amount. The government will get their money up front and usually people take the cash value option so they can invest it themselves. What might be more important is a financial planner and investment broker. At this point you probably want it to grow so that your grandkids never want for anything... including college ...while having some disposable cash on hand to have a little fun for yourself with.😉

@SweetMae people that win huge sums of money can get way off in the weeds and start racking up ridiculous charges from some attorneys when the CFPs do the same thing for free basically.
