Most things really.

Maybe the return is knowing I helped someone in need.

I try to make every human interaction positive. Always polite. Sometimes funny. It really depends on the person.

A lot of these people need it. They look so drained and inhuman.

Some people are just like me and we almost get each other laughing because it’s fun.

I will tell you though... making every human interaction positive takes work. It is draining. It doesn’t come “natural” to me as it doesn’t probably come “natural” to you. I’m putting a lot of effort into it.

I’ve had people thank me. I’ve had a few people cry because they feel emotion and they told me they needed that interaction.

I’m not asking to be thanked every time... I just don’t want people to think it’s easy and not draining.

I go out of my way To Help them even if its taking my energy amd time.

Sometimes I give extra cheese

I give my elderly neighbour meals sometimes. I give him Tomatoes and Capsicums from my garden.
I got him a Pedestal fan during the heat wave.

🤔 If I'm honest nothing because if do do something for someone else it's good for my soul.

Some guy got up, I felt like crap, wanted to sit...as we pulled into station I saw a cane, and said Oh...and kept standing. Some young punk took the seat, and of course the cane stayed on the platform for their usual unknown reason...
