Do you have a hard time letting things from your past go?

noyou yes with some people especially those who bullied me at school and in my early working life i find it hard to forgive and forget though it is water under the bridge

Not in the least, it is a waste of time to hang onto the past, it accomplishes nothing, learn from it and move on
