@Longpatrol I recently read an article about Singapore saying that the air has gotten REALLY bad you cant even breathe outside right.

@ScarletWitch some of the cleanest air in the region actually. It does get bad during the annual haze season when all the neighbouring countries start the slash n burn for oil palm plantations. Recently some Singapore companies have been implicated in enabling it by not checking on their properties to see if such activities were going on. It’s either willful ignorance or just complacence

@Longpatrol yes. 🤔 I think that was what I was reading about. But since that Is happening, doesnt that mean you wouldnt/cant have clean air meanwhile?

@ScarletWitch while it’s happening yeah. Good two or three months of the air being a choking miasma of crap. Scares away tourists, business and shut down day to day activities. But to be honest, that normally happens in the really bad years like 2017, etc. our pollutant index went up to 300+ and in Indonesia it was damn near 900. Average is normally 30-40
