why is it so hard to find an apartment for sale?

@tallpowerhouseblonde i live in ireland in my country they wont let u buy an apartment u have to rent the reason why they dont let u buy an apartment is cause they make more money off u this way lol

@XDHyperGirlXD1 So the local authorities own all apartments.Here in England apartments can be local authority or private,and some city centre apartments are stunning multi million pound properties.

@XDHyperGirlXD1 Here in England council tenants get the right to buy after renting a propert for 3 years.A big discount is given but the tennant cannot sell out straight away they have to wait 3 years.
