Are you aware that you can be penalised for not having fluid in a vehicle's screen washer bottle?

It's common sense that you make sure you do but I wasn't aware it was an offense if it was empty. You learn something every day. Just a bit of trivia.

@fun4us2b According to the police though that's no defense. Must contain fluid at all times.
