Has anyone tried fasting and what are its benefits?

I find my mind is more clear. My thoughts are faster and more creative. At day three however the reverse is true.

This is exactly what I felt at day two.. I was focused, energetic and not sluggish. Everything seemed light. At day 3 I just thought I needed to have a normal meal even though I had no cravings to eat anything. After one normal meal, I just couldn’t stop thinking about food. @Quoththeraven
