Whats your favorite 🔪 knife?

It's not a knife. I've an old Victorian tool my father gave me called a 'gorsh'. It's a tool that was used for hedgecutting and clearing scrub at the side of the road in ditches. I'm not going down the shed to drag it out and photograph it now - maybe later. It's about quarter ofan inch thick steel, 15 inches by five inches at its maximum breadth fixed in a wooden handle made of ash. It's freezing out there.

I have an 8” utility knife that looks like the fillet knife. It cuts through everything like butter

None of these can be thrown.

I would probably choose the puntilla knife.

I have a Santoku that I use for everything at home.

I love my cook knife and keep it sharpened.
