We have satellite at the moment, but as soon as the contract is up we are returning to cable. We were suckered into subscribing with a "too good to be true" sales pitch. Satellite is a rip off...sure you get a lot more channels, but most are junk and so there is a lot of channels we don't even have an interest in watching (and in order to get a lot of the channels we lost when we had cable we have to pay for more expensive upgrades). They keep raising the cost of the basic one we have now. It is a lying scam and they can keep it. Out of more than one hundred channels we have there are only about 4 maybe 5 that we watch. It is not worth it. We have also had more problems than we did with cable.
I'll just do it here since I can't vote more than one. Cable is included in my rent (but I barely watch it), I pay for Netflix and have temporarily added Amazon Prime too so I can catch up on a series, and while I don't have the premium paid-for YouTube, I watch it enough that it's practically replaced my TV.
