How do I stop feeling hatred for my boyfriend?

I hate him when I think about the horrible things he has done to me. I don’t trust him at all because of it. I want our relationship to be better.

I think you should end the relationship if you hate him that much. Pretty sure once you hate someone there’s no chance of the lovey dovey feelings returning. You’ll only be hurting yourself.
