Why do stores not kick out fake service dogs?

Seriously it’s pretty clear. If it’s not walking correctly on a leash, or it’s barking at people, or trying to lunge at people or legit service dog teams it’s a FAKE. Oh or if they ride in carts.....My service dog got bit at twice yesterday! Also if they had you a registration card show them the door. ADA does not have a registration!

If you don’t want confrontation don’t open a store. They’ll kick out an unruly customer any day but they won’t touch an unruly “service” dog. Legitimate teams are willing to educate people who do not up hold ADA laws properly. The ones who act a fool with their fakes are exactly that .... fakes.

the current legislation relies on companies to realize that the animals are fake via their behavior and remove them.
