I'm often doubting myself, comparing myself, feeling less than others many days. It has stopped me from looking for love, for true joy etc. I work daily, emotionally at trying to heal years of trauma. It's hard. But I love nature, music and laughing...it helps me.
@Coralmist yeah one of the hardest parts is comparing ourselves to others and thinking that we arent as good as others. i know what thats like, i grew up being heavily bullied and mistreated by others, i guess that kind of scared me. i know how that is.

@badapple I'm sorry you were mistreated too. It really messed with your identity. You begin to think they must be right, I am dumb, or weak etc. But it was the person bullying who was dumb, not us🐞💙

@badapple *messes* not messed
@Coralmist its also trying to find the right people who is willing to treat you right. ive became more introverted and closed off because of everything.

@badapple EXACTLY. I've lost two friends because they judged my anxiety 😕 They made me feel so low, like any of my fears are my fault. You become closed off to love or joy because you feel you don't deserve it, after a while. But I'm now retraining my mind.. EVERYONE deserves peace and love.🌷
