A special greeting for this day to everyone

I would like to take a brief moment to extend to everyone at SW a very warm and Happy Thanksgiving. Whether you observe and celebrate the holiday or not, everyone has at least something to be thankful for...and so from indyjoe and mrsindyjoe I send best wishes for not only today, but for everyday ahead and hopes that there will always be something in your hearts and lives for which to give sincere thanks. Oh boy! Sounds like fun! I got my tree up and will be getting a few more decorations today.
I do it for the grandkids. Have a brand new 2 week old granddaughter so the holidays are extra special this year. ✨@indyjoe

@SW-User Congratulations on the new Granddaughter!! We always decorate around Thanksgiving (the official opening of the season) and leave them up until January 6th (the end of the "12 days of Christmas" and the official end of the season). It has been out tradition since we've been married.

@SW-User You ought to...for us it gives us a little over a month to enjoy them before we put them away again. The only thing we'd like to do to improve it is to have the space to put up a second tree. We have so many ornaments that we never get to use them all though we'd like to.

@SW-User We have a floor standing tree (white, pre-lit, about 6 1/2 feet tall).
