How to make life well-lived?

Abstraction · 61-69, M Best Comment
1. Respect yourself. The value you put on yourself is the value others have to rise to. People recognise it. And it helps you live up to it. Low self-esteem leads to compensatory behaviour.
2. Live by your values. If you are ambiguous here, you'll miss it. Chasing happiness is like chasing a kite. Chase meaningful things with your life and the kite will follow you.
3. Reflect. On life, on events. Extract the meaning from life. Create ways to find this space regularly. Otherwise life is a series of random events. "The unexamined life is not worth living," Socrates defence.
4. Take responsibility for your own actions. Stop defending yourself by attacking or hiding or other ugly things. Be prepared to say, I'm wrong. It doesn't really hurt. It actually heals.
5. Don't be ruled by anything such as fear, lack of self-control, substances, addictions, mind or emotions. How can you live well when you're not in control?
6. Connect with others. Community. Don't sit it out.
7. Maintain optimism. Cynicism is a failure to constructively engage with the world as it is. We can do better than that.
8. Do meaningful things. What are they? See #2.
9. Love as a verb, always.

I'd call this spirituality, for an atheist or otherwise.

Rise above hate, funny how strength comes from that small simple choice.
Honestly I hope I can pay eventually to make more tshirts....

even though it's not selling.... https://www.ebay.com/itm/274088233872

It's niche, as the show does better I suppose sales might climb. Date a Bullet's due.

Develop some skills and be useful to others. Everything is about co-existing. What you give is what you get.
@SW-User I provide convenience to the market which rewards me handsomely for a job I feel a five year old kid could do considering the pictures of children on the trains in china reading books on Python... the programming language.

anyone proficient with ios could do what I do....

But most don't know it works.

my job is peak capitalism my job is how absurd things are getting.

people will pay a pretty penny to have it to have it now or at least tomorrow and to have it sent to their front door.

skills? a child could kick my ass at this. I bet some 13 year old kid already is.

living well though...
@SW-User I sell ONE product I PAID To have produced so far, other than that I just exploit opportunities that are created when for instance a product that won't sell locally sells better globally...

This is NOT something that should exist. but who am I to look a gift horse in the mouth?
