I burnt almost 200 calories in 40 minutes, if I do that everyday knowing having a treadmill at home I’d lose a lot of weight!!!!

I did 80 calories and another 100 calories

Well done. The trick now is to keep the motivation going. I get horribly bored on a treadmill. Do you have other options?

@Anonymouslyyours86 Wow you are serious. I think a good idea is to a fitness app and compete with others to help. I've tried it with map my ride and it's ok
