When your day has been a complete shit-show, how do you make yourself feel better?

I used to set up a "spa bath" for myself. I would light candles in the bathroom, get a glass of iced water and place it on the floor next to the tub, fill a tub with the hottest water I could stand, add scented oil or cologne, and put a couple of dry washcloths where I could reach them. Then I would soak for about 30 minutes with the lights off. It's a pretty relaxing experience. Usually I didn't want to stop after 30 minutes, and I kept re-filling the tub with hot water.

If you ever do this, just add cold water to the tub before you drain it and try to get out...otherwise you might get woozy.
