Should there be a law against teaching children how to use a gun?

Well, let's look at it this way. Parent teaches child how to use a gun. Kid goes to school and blows out a their bully's brains. Who do you think is going to be held the most responsible and get in the most trouble? Even worse, what if that kid accidentally shoots a family member? In addition to the consequences, how do you think that child will be affected, along with the rest of the family? I can't believe that no one has brought this up.
@SubstantialKick Kids are kids, don't have the wisdom and maturity of an adult, and are very "curious".

The kid that would do that is probably the one that had no teaching about guns. They’ll think it’s a toy or a way to get rid of your problems. With the correct teaching they will understand that is a last resort for defending yourself or family. Same as martial arts, where with enough experience you could easily kill someone, but are taught to only use it in severe situations. Not to mention it is a hobby, like archery, baseball, bowling, etc. @SubstantialKick
