Im going to be honest. I never really trust a dude who's a cat person. There's always something off about them in my experience.

Then you haven't met my husband. He is strong, stable, and as cool headed as they come, but has love for our cats.

Some cats are incredibly special and really make a house a home.

But to each their own as long as you don't do harm.

@MethDozer, I rather see people make a conscientious choice not to own a cat or a dog that they would lose patience with. Some of the worst abuse comes from people not knowing what they cannot handle in the first place.

@Peapod Amen to that. I once had a pet that I had to give off due to circumstances. I felt like like such a piece of shit because of it. It boggles my mind how people can treat them as disposable objects.

@MethDozer, they are some of the worst people. Nothing breaks my heart more than to see a neglected pet.
