You're about 20 miles out of town heading for a blissful vacation, your S/O turns to you and asks "Did you remember to turn off the coffee pot?"

Invariably my memory suddenly draws a blank. This ever happen to you?

Often. Not the coffee pot but the hair straighteners, grill, even...did i lock the door?? Ive gone home from work on my morning break to check more than once!
