Have You Ever Walked Into A Grocery Store And Bought Something You Thought Was The Meat Of An Animal... And It Wasn't?

The very powerful meat industry, has done and are attempting to pass laws forbidding the use of labels/words like "veggie burger" or "vegan hot dog" on plant-based products. They SAY that it is confusing or "deceptive" to consumers, even though every plant-based "meat" product has meatless plain as day somewhere on the front of the packaging.

Not really. But I have bought the wrong items because maybe it had hot sauce in the fish can instead of fish oil. 馃き

@Zonuss I've purchased a wrong item also, but it wasn't because what it was wasn't right there on the label. A bag of coffee beans instead of ground, for instance. Like the issue in question here...I was not "deceived" by the labeling, I just wasn't paying close enough attention.
