I’ve been constipated for 4 days.

That’s no longer the case. But I think I ripped my asshole a new asshole. Something in my diet ain’t working.

I recently was hospitalized, and I think some of the meds given may have caused constipation. That said, I am now eating fiber, drinking plenty of fluids and things seem to be getting better.
