Why do they have to play the news at the gym?

I’m trying to exercise but just get pissed off by what I see. Also it doesn’t exactly inspire people to work harder seeing the news.

Maybe if they put the TV’s [i]behind[/i] the treadmills, it would inspire everyone to try to run away from it.
