Sad news 馃槬

As some of you might have recently seen on the news one of the World War II planes the B17 flying fortress Recently crashed At Bradley airport just outside of Hartford Connecticut.

If any of you have seen any of my previous posts I went to visit the World War II planes that they had here in Maine for a visit not too long ago It is a sad thought that it crashed with people on board and a weird thought that I walked through it And tourd it one week before this happened.

I hope you guys pray for the families of the victims and the survivors that are in the hospital 7 people died and about 6 people were injured there were said to be 13 people on board.

The collings foundation is very shook up they are the people that owned the plane they own a automotive or transportation Museum in Stow Massachusetts I've never been there but I hear it's amazing and they lost a great piece of History yesterday that will never be able to be brought back, there are 18 other B-17 Flying fortresses in the world currently but each one is unique and it's a shame to lose one.

I am going to missing seeing this plane it is the 3rd time I've ever seen the plane and now I won't be able to see it again. I'm glad I brought my friend along with me to see the plane when it was here this year because I do not think the Collings foundation has another B17 so I don't think any will ever come back for a visit.

Condolences to the families of the lost souls..

I think This plane has been flying out of a small airfield near my house..
Had a war birds airshow there a couple of weeks ago..
I saw it many times in the sky over my shop wich is only a few hundred yards from the airstrip.

@SW-User That's awesome I live in Poland Maine and the closest airport from my house is about two miles down the street it is very close so when planes are doing flights in different things they Circle over my house usually and I hear him a lot and exactly a week ago that B17 was at the airport down the street from my house in Auburn Maine and I still can't believe I got to walk through it for the third time and final time I hope their Foundation can get another one or something that plane is so amazing
