I wish people would show an interest in what really happens when we die (how this is reasoned). No trolls, though.
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@Success That’s good then. Almost like Karma.

How long has this death/rebirth been going on? Was there a beginning?
Success · 26-30, F
@SimplyTracie It's unlike karma as Hindus define it, but our actions do cyclically contribute to our future.

The entire physical plane (nature) is considered eternal in longevity and infinite in expanse. It is the one exception, and cannot ever pass away. All things within it must perish from time to time, but there is no beginning or end for nature. It is the sum of all it encompasses, and for each death there is new life: this perfect balance.
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@Success Whether one considers evolution or creation, there musta been a beginning. That’s what I was thinking. And I was wondering where you think it might have begun.

True, I think in Buddhism there are just 40 lives or something like that.

Do you believe that there is a world where utopia exists? I mean, if a person continues to do good and is “rewarded” in their future lives, there will come a time where the person becomes perfect. Yes?

What's the most effective way to reduce poverty, illness, and violence?
ViciDraco · 36-40, M
@BlueVeins I try questions like those from time to time. Been a while. They usually get into short term political positions rather than attempting to create a vision and work backwards from it.

It depends on my mood.
I suppose that’s why I enjoy this place, as one can never predict the caliber of questions they may see around here.

Asking about a post or comment I made would be a good start.
ViciDraco · 36-40, M
@SimplyTracie That would best be suited as a reply to your post or comment, no? Or at least a pm?
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
@ViciDraco Yeah or for any conversation starter here.
