How am supposed to communicate with ppl in uni

I have Schizoaffective disorder... Am taking medications that affect on many sides,and im finding it difficult to be normal like others. What i have to do?

I don’t know because I’m just a student. But I’m in college and I find openness helps because almost everyone has stuff in their lives. We walk round like everything’s ok but it ain’t. I have so many disorders you wouldn’t believe. I am on a machine that keeps me alive! Every college in my country has a well being officer. Find out who that is!
