Do u sleep with a light on in your room at night ?

Sometimes I might leave on a little desk lamp on when I sleep. You know the ones that go from light to dim. Yeah, those kinds. But most of the time I sleep with the lights off unless I fall asleep
watching tv. How about you. 🙂

Normally I prefer it to bed dark and no lights with the exception of being in a place where I am not formulary with them just enough light to keep from running in to things if I need to get up in the middle of the night.
