no, our sophistication isnt perfect, police still lie sometimes, prosecuters still more intersted in a conviction then justice.
how many guilty lives are worth one innocent one?
Star1 · F
@SW-User but evidence plays a very important part in convicting a guilty person I believe & guilty people can b let out to rape/maim/kill again
SW-User
@Star1 well convict and lock up but death penalty is irrevocable, and at least in usa still so many errors.
how much better is uk system of justice?
Star1 · F
@SW-User I don't see why I should pay thousands of £s to keep them in jail when there is no cure for certain convicts & recidivists
SW-User
@Star1 because if you are wrong u kill an innocent person
and every crime isnt a death penalty crime, well at least now it isnt, and personally i am not infavor of making more i think that changes society and not for the better
Star1 · F
@SW-User not for all crimes I agree but serial killers & paedophiles r incurable
SW-User
@Star1 agreed but it also the being right part that worries me, not the lives of the guilty for either u mentioned
Star1 · F
@SW-User I do understand what ur saying
SW-User
@Star1 and i understand you point also, it is a hard thing to balance
