no, our sophistication isnt perfect, police still lie sometimes, prosecuters still more intersted in a conviction then justice.

@SW-User but evidence plays a very important part in convicting a guilty person I believe & guilty people can b let out to rape/maim/kill again

@Star1 well convict and lock up but death penalty is irrevocable, and at least in usa still so many errors.

@SW-User I don't see why I should pay thousands of £s to keep them in jail when there is no cure for certain convicts & recidivists

and every crime isnt a death penalty crime, well at least now it isnt, and personally i am not infavor of making more i think that changes society and not for the better
