no, our sophistication isnt perfect, police still lie sometimes, prosecuters still more intersted in a conviction then justice.

I think for paedophiles & phsyco's we should bring it back as there is no cure for these people.
However I dont believe it should b made public.
I dont see why we should b made to spend our taxes on long term prison sentences for people who should never b allowed to walk our streets.
