Definitely, there's not enough deterrent so people just go around murdering, raping etc knowing they'll just serve a few years and be free to do it again.

I think for paedophiles & phsyco's we should bring it back as there is no cure for these people.
However I dont believe it should b made public.

no, our sophistication isnt perfect, police still lie sometimes, prosecuters still more intersted in a conviction then justice.
