Do you ever get the feeling that someone is getting tired of your 💩💩💩???

I drove to school & picked up the boy & took him to the library so he could study...came home and the feral gray cat is laying down under the Bradford pear tree in the front yard. We got out of the car & I locked it & the cat turned his head and looked at me and quickly looked back. Didn’t beg for food or anything. I get the feeling he’s tired of my 💩....which is not a bad thing. Have been feeding him a couple times daily once again for the past month (after he clawed me several times in the spring). Three days ago before daylight I heard cats fighting on the doorstep, that cat was there waiting for food at 6:30, opened the door and smelled 💩 on the concrete porch. Had to get my little flashlight to walk out to get the newspaper. Cleaned it up etc., the cat didn’t want to eat till evening probably because of the fight. So each morning before daylight I go out with my little tactical flashlight watching my step, and when I see the cat I point the flashlight at him.

Wild cats are just that. You are being used. But, in the big pic, you are doing a good thing by allowing that usage.

@Carla I think it’s just a bully that wants to be top cat in the neighborhood.

@Carla I knew someone who took in a female cat and she was bullying the woman’s cat and both dogs. High-pitched squalling and bossing them around. It was at a dorm where I worked and she left to go on a trip and someone would let her outside every day. She started her crap with me and I talked mean to her and gently put my foot on her to let her know I wasn’t going to take it and she’d calm down and be nice to the cat and 2 dogs for 3 days. Then I had to do it again. I told the woman but she got rid of her anyway because she didn’t want to have to do that.
