Nighttime tan?

Was discussing with a friend earlier, whether you could actually get a tan from moonlight. Logically it seems it should be possible, considering that what we see as moonlight is really reflected sunlight.
I never really considered it before 🤔

You need the ultraviolet rays of the sun to get a tan.

@Ynotisay I know, I considered whether these would be reflected as well. Without knowing for sure it seems it would be, the same way people can get a sunburn from it reflecting off of water below them.

@Axelerator But that reflection is traveling inches. UV rays from the sun, reflecting off the moon, don't reach us.
