Anybody else think the whole brexit thing has been going on far too long

i went to a steak house and told the waiter, although their rib steak looked great - i flipped a coin and decided to order fish instead. the waiter smirked but politely accepted my order. that was 3 hours ago, and so far 2 chefs who promised to cook the fish have quit, and the 3rd chef is promising to deliver the fish in the next 5 minutes - whether it's cooked or not (or still alive). all the waiters have spent the last few hours arguing among themselves about if I wanted cod, salmon, eel or dolphin kebabs. large parts of the restaurant appear to be on fire but no one is paying attention because they're arguing about fish.

I would like the opportunity, if it's not too much trouble, to be asked, just once, if I definitely still wanted the fish 🙄
