C probably means "cis", the trendy term (derived from biology jargon) for "what you see is what you get" or "the gender my body was born with" or "non-trans". Like, a woman born with lady parts is "cis female".

@Lucinda cis/trans is a chemistry thing as it pertains to molecular positioning of sub groups of atoms.

@GoldenWorm Oh, I'm sorry. I was never big on science, and said biology instead of chemistry. I knew it was a hard-science-based definition. Thanks!
