Is Similar Worlds and online mental asylum/ an online psychiatric ward?

I think it would be less crazy on a mental ward....and...there would be more sane people there....

Oh, it's worse than that. We've already seen a confession of psychological experiments being conducted upon unknowing members of the site, for a study.

That was recent. That was someone who felt guilty for their participation in the experiment.

Imagine how many that might not be so... ethical, but just as, if not more, clinical.

This is the psychotics' playground. A place where consequences tend to be as distant as the victim.

Doesn't mean everyone is a threat. Just means this is like a seance... you really don't know if the spirit you are talking to is the spirit it claims to be.

Not to worry, all is not lost. I was just reading a philosophical article that theorised that hypersanity may be preceded by madness, and sometimes only accomplished after journeying through madness.

Actually the mental asylum or psychiatric ward patients are receiving help, and meds...so...no.
