What are your thoughts on "trendy" foods, ie. rainbow bagels, sushi burritos, unicorn themed ANYTHING, etc.?
Do you think they're creative and wonderful or just a silly gimmick?

Every once in awhile there's a gem. I had some sushi nachos that were awesome one time, for example, but usually, it seems there's a reason some flavor combinations aren't common.
