I wonder what is up with the car

My neighbor has a car for sell in her yard. A lot of people have look at it. But it's still there even after a month. I just wonder what the price is. I am sure it is high. She rent's houses and I know a few people that said her rent is high. So if she just lower the cost of that car it would sell.
