What is the hardest thing you had to overcome?

For me it was 5 years straight of hospitalizations for my daughter. She was in every two 1/2-3 months for two to four weeks at a time. Thankfully now she hasn't been hospitalized for 2 years at the end of this month.

I went into a deep depression that lasted years and I'm just now starting to feel better. Anxiety is still sky high though. Every cough sends me into panic mode.
What I'm going through right now. This is the most heartbreaking, hardest to get through, time in my life. The kind of pain that you have to remind yourself to breathe, the kind that changes you for life. I often wonder if I'll make it through this.

@dragonfly46 you will make it through. Maybe not as the same person you were, but you will go on and you will be strong....maybe not at first but you will.
@JaneDoeEyes Thank you for the reminder. I appreciate the kind words. I'm glad your daughter is doing well. Take care.

Feel better....hopefully that’s not going to recur.

For me the toughest thing to overcome was my mother’s death....she understood me better than anyone else.

@DragonFruit mom's are so important and when they leave it takes a peace of your heart with her.
