Not his body so no, he can’t decide on abortion if he can’t get pregnant. Should be rather obvious 👀

@SW-User It’s not obvious to me. The woman’s body is not his, but half of the child’s body is. If the mother has a choice, so should the father. He will be at least legally required to pay support for 18 years and subject to imprisonment if he doesn’t.
I don’t know what I think is a solution, but I think it’s a legitimate question.
I don’t suggest he should be able to force an abortion - but if he is opposed to the baby’s being carried to term, should he still be legally required to be responsible?

Yes, the woman’s body is not his so he can’t have control over a body that is not his. It takes two to tango unfortunately, he will have to take responsibility of the child he made.
